How to File a DMCA Notice
To file a notice, it must be submitted in writing to the designated contact.

Required Information
A valid notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Contact information of the notifier;
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized;
- A statement made under penalty of perjury;
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized person.

Counter-Notification Process
An affected user may respond with a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting they have the right to use the material. Upon receipt, we will review the counter-notice and may restore the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Evergrowkids LLC may disable or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in suitable circumstances.
